Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the Terms) constitute a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and govern the use of the Finamus personal financial system (hereinafter — the Service).

1.2. Service Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Anton Vasilievich Lapin (hereinafter — the Operator).

1.3. Registration in the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, forming a binding agreement between the User and the Operator.

1.4. By using the Service, the User confirms having read and agreed to:

these Terms of Service;
the Personal Data Processing Policy;
the Subscription Terms (when using paid features).

2. Service Description

2.1. Finamus is a personal financial system that allows you to:

track income and expenses;
manage bank accounts;
create and monitor budgets;
manage debts and loans;
analyze financial data;
set financial goals.

2.2. Finamus is a financial management tool and not a financial advisor. The Operator is not responsible for financial decisions made by the User based on Service data.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. User Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
Valid email address required
One User — one account

3.2. Account Security

The User agrees to:

keep their password confidential;
not share account access with third parties;
immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access at support@finamus.com.

The User is responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

4. Usage Rules

4.1. Permitted Use

The User may use the Service solely for personal finance management in accordance with its intended purpose.

4.2. Prohibited Actions

The following is prohibited:

using the Service for illegal purposes;
transmitting malicious software;
attempting to gain unauthorized access to Service systems;
creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions;
using automated means to access the Service without the Operator's permission;
reselling or sublicensing access to the Service;
violating the rights of other Users.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Operator's Rights

The Service, including its design, software code, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of the Operator and is protected by the copyright laws of the Russian Federation.

5.2. User Content

The User retains all rights to data entered into the Service. By providing data, the User grants the Operator the right to store and process it solely for providing Service functionality in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

6. Paid Features and Subscription

6.1. Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Detailed subscription conditions, including payment, refund, and plan change procedures, are governed by the Subscription Terms document.

6.2. Right to Refund

The User has the right to a refund in accordance with the Subscription Terms and applicable consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.3. Price Changes

The Operator reserves the right to change the cost of paid features with 30 days' notice to Users. Changes do not affect the current paid period.

7. Personal Data

7.1. Processing of User personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Operator's website.

7.2. By registering in the Service, the User consents to the processing of personal data in the scope and under the conditions specified in said Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee:

uninterrupted Service operation;
absence of technical errors;
compliance with the User's specific requirements.

8.2. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable Service operation but is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, updates, or force majeure circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Operator is not liable for:

losses caused by the User's actions or inaction;
data loss due to the User's fault;
actions of third parties who gained access to the User's account;
disruptions caused by force majeure circumstances.

9.2. The Operator's liability to the User is limited to the extent permitted by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, including consumer protection laws.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms limits the User's rights provided by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations in the event of force majeure: natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, government decisions, telecommunications network failures, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

10.2. The party affected by force majeure shall notify the other party within a reasonable time.

11. Termination

11.1. User's Right

The User may delete their account at any time in the Service settings. After account deletion, personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

11.2. Operator's Right

The Operator may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of:

violation of these Terms;
suspected fraudulent activity;
government authority requests;
Service discontinuation (with 30 days' notice to Users).

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.

12.2. Mandatory pre-trial procedure: before filing a court claim, the User shall send a written complaint to the Operator at support@finamus.com. The complaint review period is 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

12.3. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

13. Changes to Terms

13.1. The Operator may amend these Terms.

13.2. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notification in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

13.3. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User disagrees with the changes, they may discontinue use of the Service and delete their account.

14. General Provisions

14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

14.2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3. The Operator's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14.4. These Terms, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and the Subscription Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator regarding the Service.
