Subscription Terms
Effective Date: February 10, 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Subscription Terms (hereinafter — the Terms) are an integral part of the Terms of Service and govern the purchase and use of paid subscription plans in the Finamus personal financial system (hereinafter — the Service).
1.2. Service Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Anton Vasilievich Lapin (hereinafter — the Operator).
1.3. Payment for a subscription constitutes acceptance of these Terms and confirmation of entering into a paid service agreement between the User and the Operator.
1.4. Relations between the Operator and the User are governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and consumer protection legislation.
1.5. Processing of personal data during payment is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1. Basic (Free)
Free plan with basic features and limitations:
- Up to 1 bank account
- Up to 1 currency
- Up to 1 budget
- Basic analytics
2.2. Premium
Full access to all features:
- Unlimited accounts
- Unlimited currencies
- Unlimited budgets
- Full analytics and AI insights
- All additional modules
- Priority support
- Interface themes
- Transaction import from bank statements
Current prices and limits are shown on the pricing page in the Service.
3. Subscription Purchase
3.1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Payment systems
3.2. Billing Periods
- Monthly subscription: billed monthly
- Annual subscription: billed once a year with a discount
3.3. Activation
Subscription is activated immediately after successful payment. Access to paid plan features is provided instantly.
4. Automatic Renewal
4.1. Subscription automatically renews at the end of the paid period at the current plan price.
4.2. The Operator will notify the User of the upcoming renewal via the email provided during registration, 7 days before the billing date.
4.3. The User may disable automatic renewal at any time in account settings. Upon cancellation:
- subscription remains active until the end of the paid period;
- after the period ends, the account is downgraded to the free plan.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Right to Cancel
In accordance with consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation, the User has the right to cancel the service agreement at any time, subject to payment of the Operator's actual expenses incurred in fulfilling obligations under the agreement.
5.2. Subscription Cancellation
The User may cancel their subscription at any time in account settings. After cancellation:
- access to paid features is maintained until the end of the paid period;
- after the period ends, the account is downgraded to the Basic plan.
5.3. Refund Policy
- First 14 days: full refund for first-time subscribers
- After 14 days: refund is calculated proportionally to the unused period, minus the Operator's actual expenses, in accordance with consumer protection legislation
To request a refund, the User sends a request to support@finamus.com.
5.4. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided in cases of:
- violation of the Terms of Service;
- account suspension for illegal activities.
6. Plan Changes
6.1. Upgrading
When upgrading to a more expensive plan:
- the price difference is calculated proportionally to the remaining period;
- access to new features is provided immediately after payment.
6.2. Downgrading
When downgrading to a cheaper plan:
- changes take effect from the next billing period;
- the current period retains all features of the current plan.
7. Price Changes
7.1. The Operator reserves the right to change subscription plan prices.
7.2. The Operator will notify the User of price increases via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
7.3. Price changes do not affect the current paid period. The new price applies upon the next renewal.
8. Trial Period
8.1. The Operator may provide a free trial period to experience paid features.
8.2. At the end of the trial period:
- if a payment method is linked — automatic subscription activation;
- if no payment method is linked — downgrade to free plan.
8.3. The User may cancel the trial at any time before it expires without any charges.
9. Support
9.1. Support levels:
- Basic: support via help center
- Premium: priority email support within 24 hours
9.2. For subscription inquiries: support@finamus.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Operator is not responsible for:
- losses caused by Service unavailability due to reasons beyond the Operator's control;
- data loss when downgrading (data exceeding limits becomes inaccessible but is not deleted);
- financial decisions made based on Service data.
10.2. The Operator's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, including consumer protection laws.
10.3. Nothing in these Terms limits the User's rights provided by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Disputes are resolved in the manner established by the Terms of Service.
11.2. Complaints regarding subscriptions and refunds are sent to support@finamus.com. Review period — 30 calendar days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
